A movie action resource for filmmakers.
So, in my quest to design cool shots for action scenes, I took apart my jib and mounted it to pivot on my hips in a proof of concept for cool POV or OTS shots in a foot chase that I call The Human Jib.
It needs stabilization and could benefit from remote tilt and pan technology. What are your thoughts? I know it has limitations, but many of them can be overcome easily. Is there a better way to get the same shots? How could you use this in your productions?
